"Nice hotel in a nice location. Some reception staff are more helpful than others. Breakfast is awful. Cleaning staff take all of 1 minute to "refresh" your room. At check in you're asked to give a 1000 baht deposit, which is absolutely fine. At check out we were told that a bottle opener was missing from our room. "Arrival: Rented the suite after reading reviews. There is a bellman that will be waiting at the pier upon your arrival. Look through all the people holding hotel signs until you find the right one. He loaded the bags on a cart and we took the short walk to our room. Hotel is very convenient to EVERYTHING, especially the center of the market. "We moved here from a different hotel bc of the quality and this place was 10/10. GOOD AC. Clean , newly renovated and very affordable. "
