การเข้าพักครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่ 2 แต่ก็คงยังประทับใจเหมือนเดิม ทุกอย่างสะดวกสบายไปหมด การเดินทางก็ใกล้รถไฟฟ้ามาก อยู่ติดหน้า emporium มีร้านอาหารมากมายใกล้โรงแรม พนักงานบริการดีมาก มีบาร์ดาดฟ้าที่สวยงาม แนะนำโรงแรมนี้ถ้าเน้นการเดินทางที่สะดวกใจกลางเมือง

Most of the staff didnot speak English. Just a couple of them at the Concierge desk spoke passable English. It was frustrating. Secondly, the front office staff were not customer friendly, perhaps because of the inability to communicate in English. The restuarant on the 7th floor where all meals were served had the roof leaking when it rained. Thai Tea was not part of the paidup breakfast cost. It cost nearly US$4.00 for a cup.

Brilliant place and will be my go to place in BKK going forward. Very close to the Phrom Phong BTS (literally 30 m away); good food choices in the hotel and nearby. Very close to EmQuartier mall. Lots of food and massage options nearby. Additionally, had a fabulous sky- resto: Mojjo and has a nice sky-bar. Really nothing to complain about. Much better than the Hyatt Place (further ahead) and is priced similarly. Surely, a repeat! Kudos!

ネームバリューだけのホテルでがっかり。室内の設備が悪い、入り口の電気が消せなくなり、夜中２時に設備関係のおじさんが配電盤を修理しにきた、おかげで寝不足。翌日はシャワーが水漏れ、バスタブのシャワーを使えたが浴槽から飛び散らず、床が水びたしにならないように恐る恐る使わないといけなかった。連泊だったのでクレームも言わなかった。お勧めはしないです。

Fantastic hotel, very premium, lovely pool, great rooftop bar, great location. I will not hesitate to stay here again. The room was comfy and the bed was so nice to sleep on. Five stars for this hotel!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, bis auf den Orangensaft (Katastrophe) Wir hatten eine Sky Executive Suite mit toller Aussicht und einem einmaligen Platzangebot. Perfekt um mit unserer 13 Monate alten Tochter zu reisen. Sie war wie wir ganz begeistert von dem Ausblick auf die Stadt und stand teilweise minutenlang vor den bodentiefen Fenstern. Hier und da könnte etwas gründlicher gereinigt und mehr in die Instandhaltung investiert werden. Wir waren trotzdem rundum zufrieden auch mit dem Pool im siebten Stock.

Overall, no complaints!
Nice central location, amazing breakfast buffet/spread. Tasty drinks and inspiring city views from rooms, lounges, and pool. Very slow elevators. Hotel is feeling a little worn, could use some maintence/upkeep.

Excellent accueil, très belle chambre. Beau roof top au 35eme étage. Petit déjeuner excellent. Sucré salé fruits jus , salade omelette, chaud , viennoiseries.Ils ont du très bon pain. Je recommande. Piscine de moyenne taille. Très belle salle de sport.

立地もよくスタイリッシュだが、建て付けが悪い。 トイレの引き戸の上部が5センチは開いてる(枠が斜め)。 シャワールームのドアがきっちり閉まらないので、洗面所の床は濡れる。 トイレットペーパーの予備が置いてないので、足らなくなる。
