"Our stay at the Westin was great all around! Only complaint we would have is the temperature of the pool. It was really hot water...I would rate it at the temp of a hot tube, so there was no relief from the heat. Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Food was good and it was easy to make rsvp's for the restaurant's via the app. There were excursions offered thru swiss travel at the hotel and also Erik Garcia right outside the resorts had great options. "Property and its amenities were great! Only issue we had was at check in. We had reserved two rooms due to the amount of children we have in our family. I had called several times in prior weeks to ensure we had rooms that were somewhat nearby. Upon arrival, we were told our rooms were in separate buildings on the opposite sides of the resort. I told them we had called several times and were told it would not be a problem - they said they saw the notes on the reservation, but unfortunately...
