"Staff was friendly. Room was incredibly spacious. It was quite convenient that the toilet was separated by a physical door from the shower and sink. Quite a lot of choices for breakfast. Unfortunately, even though there are quite some good points the hotel suffers from deteriorating conditions. It looks as if it had better days. "Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. "
