"The check in was very fast and the front ladies were excellent. The food for brunch was outstanding. There were long black hairs on the robes in the room, not sure where they came from as I am bald and was alone."

"Overall, our stay was wonderful, but when we asked three staff standing at the front desk if they had water bottles for purchase, they said they did not, and suggested we walk to the corner store across the street. For a hotel that charges what you charge and is the level of caliber it is, having no water available in the room or at the front desk was really strange and disappointing. This could easily be improved upon for guests. "

"The Sheraton Cerritos Hotel is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the need to use the room key for the elevators and area where vending/ice machines were. The bed and bedding were particularly comfortable. Staff were personable and professional."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. They delivered extra pillows and shampoo. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I’ve been to more expensive hotels that didn’t have a microwave. The room was very clean and spacious. The AC was easy to use and supplied a perfect temperature. The parking garage was well lit and very secure. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows. Lumpy, soft and flat. But that’s it. Overall, we were all very pleased with our stay! "
