"This place is wonderful! Among the Kata Beach area, it is a great place for a great deal. You are close to the beach, up on the hill so you can see the ocean view, and each private villa is clean and modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many stairs that lead to the villas at the top of the hill which can be a hike for some people, but the staff pleasantly offer to help with any luggage or necessary assistance. The area is great and within walking distance of a bunch...

"The staff was by far the best thing about the hotel. They were very kind and helpful. Room was nice but the walls are very thin and could hear neighbours and people walking in the halls easily. It is a very quiet area (unless it’s Sunday and they have the market on). Beds were very comfortable. Could do with a bit of an upgrade. Like maybe a smart tv in the room? Overall a nice hotel."

"The staff at this hotel were nice and helped me arrange a private van to the airport for 1000 baht. The area is great, right across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants, shops, and salons too. But the room itself seemed very out dated with old furniture and not very clean. The towels were also a bit old and falling apart. The toiletries were also not very nice, bring your own. I think the rooms could be improved a lot, but it's mainly good for the location."

"Worst room I have stayed at in all of Thailand it had micro mini bugs all over the room was gross I didn’t want to stay inside the bugs where too much . Other than that it would been nice but very far from all no 711 in sight . "

"This is our second time staying at this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! There is a massive shopping mall nearby, a 7/11 convenience store across the road and you are only 20 minutes to Patong, 20 minutes to Rawai to the south and roughly 10 minutes to Old Phuket town. Very clean rooms, everything is nearby and the beds are comfortable! If I could give 10 stars I would!!"

"We spent nearly an hour to be advised by the newly front desk receptionist that we don’t have reservation when showed her the confirmed reservation. She repeatedly advised us there was no reservation under our names and no room is available. Luckily Noi was able to help and located the reservation. Noi was very accommodating to let us leave our luggage and have beach towels for our day tour prior to our check-in. We requested a room away from the streets and traffic noise. "If you are looking for a vintage stay then Quip is right for you. Me and my wife enjoyed staying in Quip. Little Noisy at night because of live music but it wasn't problem for us. Room have sufficient space, hangers. TV is large and have wifi connected. Me and my partner enjoyed Youtube and Netlix. Staff are very nice and helpful. We will come back again. "
