"Unfortunately we forfeited our stay due to wanting to get back home from a 7 week holiday. However we did check in and use the room for the day until our evening flight. Hotel staff were absolutely sensational, a level of service out of this world. Our room was prepared early given our circumstances, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, and got some sleep! Room was superb, views were amazing, and we loved the complimentary dessert and beer. Would definitely come back under different circumstances- 10/10!! "

"I stay in Shangri La bangkok on 13 May 2024...front office staff helpful ! Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good ! I m from Singapore. "

"The property is very conveniently located. We stayed there both the night before and after a trip to Bhutan. The room was great - comfortable and clean and a welcome change from Bhutan. The spa is beautiful and the treatments fantastic - best message of my life and I have had a lot. Japenese restaurant very good. Overall, a great hotel. "
