"Just steps away from the largest night market in Chiang Mai. The rooms are very large and very clean and newly renovated. The ceilings in the main wing are very low. I’m short so it didn’t matter to me but if you are over 6ft tall you may hit your head LOL. The staff were super nice. I would definitely stay here again!!"

Freshest fruits I ever tasted.. spa was very good we were a little short on time so we just did 1 hour session but it was amazing super clean. Wish we had more time in chiang Mai !! We booked a cab from hotel to chiang Mai and it was super comfortable and cheaper than the tours available in viator. Mr noon with the tours is very knowledgeable and helpful."

"Hotel is situated in a nook, so it’s quiet, even though the main Street a few feet away comes to life with the night market. But somehow once you’re in the hotel you don’t hear anything. There’s all kinds of shopping (you can find all kinds of souvenirs here, jewelry, purses, clothing, luggage, you name it), restaurants, bars/pubs, massage spas, everything. Staff is very nice, helpful, and pleasant; breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. Perfect location. "

"Booked Empress for my stay in chiang Mai, property was closed, was accommodated at Empress Premier, and my room type upgraded Check in was efficient, then handed a welcome package consisting of evian (1.5 ltr) fruit juice, nuts, cookies and chocolate. The team were friendly, the manager at the front desk remembers guest names and greets you by name. Breakfast buffet was good, with good coffee!!! Only down side is a bit of a walk to the main town area but plenty of tuks available, on the positive makes it a good quiet location for peaceful nights. Night Market 10 mins way by foot . "
