Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"This place was a brilliant home base while exploring Osaka and the wider Kansai area. While it's not on a JR Lin if you're using the JR Pass, it's a 5min walk from the closest subway line, so despite it looking far out it's actually really close. I loved having our own washing machine so we could do our own washing, and the room was easily adaptable to our needs with a heat pump and balcony for airing/heating. The only thing is that the link on the website for direction leads you to the place...

"Location is king! I really liked: 1. 3 minutes walk to the train station. 2. Being sited at a train interchange means most major attractions (airport, Umeda, USJ, Nara, Namba, Kyoto etc) is a direct train. This takes out so much stress out of planning to change trains. 3.
