"I loved that the rooms were quiet, clean, aircon worked well . Bathroom was clean. iWualai breakfast was decent. The only thing was that the wifi was a bit spotty. A bit far (walking wise) from center of Chiang Mai but not too bad. Close to night market. Excellent value. "

"Desk staff was great, check-in was easy. I arrived 2 hours prior to check in, so they cleaned my room next and i was able to check in early. The lobby is attached to a super cute coffee shop with excellent wifi so i had a great place to hang out and catch up on some work while they finished up my room. Location-wise, its a 5-10 minute walk to the central square, bars, street food, etc. It does sit right on a busy street, so if you're sensitive to noise, it may affect your stay. "

The top floor is an open area with views to the mountains in the north and a pool table. Wifi is available everywhere on the property. "The location was a bit obscure, tucked away on a narrow side street a few blocks outside of the old town boundaries, but the setting and design was delightful. The room decor and attention to detail created an Oasis that felt like we were living in an Indiana Jones movie. The pool was just meh, but we loved our room and it was super comfortable. "
