"The resort is beautiful and elegant we stayed in a "tree house" in a landscaped "jungle-garden" inspired setting. I was so pleased with our little private piece of paradise. The AC was excellent, great wi-fi, plenty of outlets and the bathroom was spacious with built-ins. Staff was super friendly and the front of the house took exceptional care of us. Mariposa is quite close to the village as resorts go. It was a great blend of luxury and proximity."

"Everything was awesome, as it always is when I stay here. The only recommendation I have, is to clean the AC units, filters and all. I didn't need to use the ne in the room I stayed in this time (cabin 4), though I could see that it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Possible leading to mold and dust build up in the filter. No worries though, this is between you and I and will not deter me from staying there. I will most definitely be back.

"From the moment I walked into Azul del mar I felt like I was visiting family! This is truly a remarkable place to visit! You won’t even want to leave the property! I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back one day!
The rooms are spacious. The food is great! Lots of things to keep you entertained on a rainy day. It is a one of a kind experience. If you are hesitating to stay, don’t! "
