"Staff are polite and responsible. A female receptionist on duty helped my wife and myself book a taxi for our cruise trip. Accidently, I left my handbag, which contains our passports and credit cards, at the backseat of the taxi. When I found the problem ten minutes late, the taxi had long gone.
