"A nice modern hotel on the edge of the city near Temple Meads station. Quick and efficient check in/out. Spacious, comfortable room with a modern bathroom, plenty of refreshments, iron, large tv, etc... While the hotel has a bar and restaurant, there are not many facilities close to the hotel, but it's only a 10 minute walk across Castle Park to the heart of things. Very convenient for getting to/from the station. Less than 10 mins on foot (quicker to walk than get a cab)."

"The hotel lobby is lovely and the bar. The lift was broken so a bit of a wait for the other one that was full up a few times. The breakfast wasn't very nice. The sausages were tasteless and weren't browned, the scrambled eggs didnt' taste like they were made fresh, the toaster burnt the bread on one side. "

"Located within walking distance from the Bristol Temple Meads station, this hotel is fine. The room I was in is quite big with a comfortably firm bed. For those who are into the retro 2000s era style, this is the hotel to be in. The room is a bit dated, but at least they do a good job in up keeping the interior."

"Good location for shopping & walkable distance to Bristol Hippodrome & harbourside. Only downside was the bed which was like a fruit bowl, kept rolling into each other during the night. Also kept saying week signal on some of the TV Channels "

"Its a great location with spectacular views of the Avon Gorge ... Good size rooms and facilities. What could improve is dining and weird connection to next door pub, i was happy to have eaten dinner in hotel restaurant, but on a warm evening you have to sit inside (no access to terrace), for outside sitting you have to go to the pub (which is connected to the hotel) and queue (very slow) to order ... surely this would be better if you sorted this out. "

"This was our first stay at this hotel, although we have stayed in many hotels in Bristol over the years, this one was recommended by a friend. So, we gave it a go, and so glad we did! At the price point, it is certainly the best we have stayed in anywhere in the city! The booking was easy and all requests were accommodated flawlessly. Check in was an absolute doddle, and the staff were genuinely kind, funny and welcoming. The location was smack bang in the middle of town, within an easy walk of...

"Amazing staff. Vicky was amazingly helpful and Connor and the lady who served us breakfast also. Rooms a little tired but bed cean and comfy and had an amazing stay with safe parking, at a good price. Thanks guys, doing a great job! "
