"Amazing stay at a beautiful location with the BEST customer service. One of the ladies at the reception desk literally walked us to a local cleaner for laundry services, where she translated / did the talking for us to the service we needed. She then walked us to the edge of the Sunday Night Market. I wish I could remember her name. She deserves a huge shout out. Everyone greets you with a smile and are very warm. The location is great. It is a short walk to anything and very close to the Sunday...

"Loved the hotel and staff, easy to walk to restaurants and night market. Just didn’t like the table-top panel that controlled all lights and outlets in the room, our phones didn’t charge the first night, the next night we kept one wall of outlets “on” and just unplugged the lamps to sleep. We also unknowingly pushed the button to decline housekeeping for the day. A quick tutorial would have been nice. Otherwise great property. "
