"They allow SMOKING in this property. We have asked for non smoking rooms and when we went to our room, it was smelling smoke. We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. Do not stay here if you want a smoke free place "

"2pm到达，告知还不能入职，要3点钟以后或者更迟，说会电话联系， 一直到接近6pm才电话联系告诉可以入住。所以对于前台的服务不太满意，不像是高星级酒店的标准。 酒店洗手间的花洒出水效果不佳。 自助早餐，品种也相对较少。"

"Our Standard room was in Old Minguo building with no elevator! Room was quite small and bathroom was equally small! Apart from the location, which was near Xuanwu lake entrance, this old building room did not justify the price paid."

"I am satisfied with the hotel as a whole. The staff in this hotel is very helpful. Breakfast provided is quite ok, except that the dishes are almost similar for my 3 days stay. Distance is a bit far from the city of Nanjing, may not be suitable for visitors who prefer to stay near the city."
