"It has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at. Absolutely filthy, no aircon, cracked bathroom sink, high toilet, shower in the bath. No glasses or water. No shampoo as advertised. Bed was so hard. Rooms are tiny We had to take our bags in a lift than up a flight of narrow stairs, the corridors were filthy. "It was all good, not excellent but good. I had a tough sleep the first night, thin mattress, but then i got used to it. I got most of my garbage out but that in the bin. I told them when checking out, they didn't like it. I say this: you do nothing for your clients, no towel changes, no bed change nothing. You can AT LEAST take that one small bin garbage out.
