Laundry facility was on the top floor. Unit was very spacious and clean with a nice kitchen area. There is a balcony with an ocean view. "Propriedade localizada na beira da praia, perto de tudo. Mas se a chegada não for pelo mar, é necessário descer todas as ruas da cidade para chegar até ela. Sra Rosa é educada e prestativa. Nos tratou com toda educação. Mas somente fala italiano. Naonse trata de um hotel, mas sim residence, como ela destaca. Entao nao ha café da manhã, tampouco limpeza do quarto (somente troca de toalhas). "
