"One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in on Crete, and excellent value. Our room had a breathtaking seaview and we'd return just for this alone. But the host, Harris, was also very friendly and attentive, telling us how to navigate down to the beach and town. Air conditioning worked like a dream and the bed was comfy. "Das Hotel Alianthos Beach ist ideal gelegen. Über die Straße kommt man direkt zum Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr lecker und man sitzt sehr schön unter den Bäumen mit Blick aufs Meer. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir wurden zuerst in einem Zimmer zur Seite ohne Meerblick untergebracht, obwohl wir Meerblick gebucht hatten. "De gerenoveerde kamers zijn zeer mooi. Het extra geld zeker waard. Het hotel is in delen aan het renoveren en daarom is er een verschil tussen oude en nieuwe kamers. Het ontbijt is prima en uitgebreid. Medewerkers zeer service gericht en aardig. Zwembad zou aantrekkelijker kunnen. Water is niet helder en aan de randen zit groene aanslag; moet beter schoongemaakt worden. Geeft geen luxe gevoeld terwijl ze dit wel uit willen stralen. Schoonmaak in de kamers kan ook beter."
