"The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location. Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted. "Excellent home to stay in San Miguel. The rooftop views are amazing. The heated pool at the patio was great, and the house is just a quick trip into Centro. There are free shuttles in the community that can take you to the center and back which was very convenient for us. The community is quiet and there's always security. It's a great option to visit San Miguel. The HOLT staff was always responsive and very professional. I would definitely come back."

"We had no hot water during our entire stay and after they tried to fix it the hot water pipe burst and flooded the entire apartment. After the pipe was fixed late the next day we still didn’t have hot water, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that the owners and Expedia would allow a property and experience like ours to happen without compensation. We will never stay here again, which is shame because the neighborhood is really nice. "

We were informed about the construction but told it would not happen on weekends or before 9am on weekdays. "The place was in a truly disgusting state. My wife cleaned the floor with a broom when we got there which took an hour. There was hair and dirt. The shower mats were filled with hair too. There were ants as well in the kitchen area. The old man who greeted us was nice and friendly, but this place was in no condition for guests.
