"We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. One bed had a dip in it and our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. There was no hot water in the shower and the fridge was also broken. "This was unfortunate, we were unhappy. It may be nicer during the “season” but we were so disappointed we checked out shortly after arrival and booked a new hotel. Our “partial sea view” room had 1 window that looked out at a cement wall and there was no sea in sight… secondly, the entire “lobby” was under construction and the property seemed surprised at our arrival. "One night stay in a sea view apt. Lovely room with bathroom in the bedroom. Fantastic sea views and we loved our stay - however the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard and we felt a little disappointed by this. Mirrors - shower - smell of towels and a rogue slipper found under the bed. Lacks the attention it should have. However we had a good deal in the room so perhaps we shouldn’t moan! Breakfast was good - plenty of choice. "

"Hotel met mooi uitzicht,als je zeezicht hebt. Bij andere kamers heb je een 1 persoonsbalkon, en uitzicht op straat/oude huizen. De kamers zijn netjes wel wat gedateerd, Badkamer vooral. Bedden liggen goed.Elke dag schoonmaak en goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Je bent met 200 meter in de stad. Pizzaria op 50 meter naast het hotel super aardig personeel."

"The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning. "Large beautiful, modern room with fantastic indirect lights. Balcony with a nice sea view. In the evening the lightning was a bit disturbing when sitting on the balcony as the lights circulate in a loop around the facade making it very bright a few seconds and darker (better) the next seconds. Breakfast with a good selection, even if our favourites werethe fried eggs, tomato slices and watermelon. Friendly and helpful reception staff."

"Amalia & Yannis are wonderful hosts. The villa is beautiful, well thought out and absolutely everything you need is there. When we did need help like a taxi or advice on where to seek a Dr, they were super speedy and helpful with their response. The villa is a 5min walk into the centre of the small town and a 5-10min walk to the beach or a 10min taxi ride to Zakynthos town. We hope to be back soon!"
