"La estancia en Hostal Agata fue muy buena. Estaba muy limpio todo, tanto la habitación como el baño exterior (privado, pero fuera de la habitación en nuestro caso). Las dos mujeres que nos atendieron fueron muy simpáticas y hospitalarias. Estuvieron atentas a nuestras peticiones y pudimos contactar facilmente. En cuanto a la ubicación, es buena por la cercanía a los puntos de interés. No obstante, la ventana daba a una avenida muy ruidosa. Hasta altas horas de la madrugada pasaban coches y...

"Only problem is that there is no kettle in the room. I find this inconvenient as i like to make a hot drink at night and early in the morning. Other than this , it is a perfect place as location is excellent and the owner/operator is really nice."

The views from both the bedroom and our private balcony were stunning, especially the view of the Cathedral of Palermo. "No elevator which is a major consideration to referring. Noise at night below our windows aggravating as far as trying to get some sleep . The room itself was terrific . Little information regarding breakfast and checking out ; we simply left our keys at the desk and left to enjoy breakfast somewhere else . "

It’s high enough to lose some street noise from the busy area around but this is Palermo and high traffic levels. Dealing with the owner remotely by WhatsApp worked but they could do with offering a brief to guests in advance about entry procedure which otherwise seems vaguely left to contact when you arrive. The old lift worked well but this property could be limited access (as seemingly is Palermo in general...

"Extrem nettes, vor allem extrem hilfsbereites Personal. Mitten in der Nacht nach einer Autopanne wurde unserer Anruf außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten angenommen und uns 2 Zimmer gegeben, zu einem tollen Preis mitten in der Stadt. Am nächsten Morgen wurden uns noch die neuen Tickets für die Fähre gedruckt und auch bei der Suche nach einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit geholfen. Dass Personal spricht auch noch englisch - in Sizilien keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Ich kann gar nicht sagen, wie glücklich wir...

"Hotellet/B&B ligger veldig bra til. Verten er imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt. Rommene er veldig bra og rent. Stortrivdes. Mot eksentrisk. Er ikke frokost inkludert, men bra med alternativer i området. Uten rengjøring på rommet. Ett hotell man drar tilbake til."
