"Nice site and they gave me Freee upgrade quiet room was nice but the staff lack professionalism, the spa was the worst back massage I ever had but at least they refund me after I complained and most staff does not speak any English"

"The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...

"Wonderful rooms, location and staff. Great views from the sea facing balconies. Staff very efficient and attentive. Sadly WiFi was unreliable and with no phone signal , it’s easy to feel cut off. As with most VN hotels during service was slightly reduced. Captains Bar wasn’t open, Spa was shut and there was a midweek reduction in the breakfast service. This really should have been mentioned on the web site."

"Great style hotel, with beautiful French decor felt like a really classy hotel and such good value. We had a smooth friendly check in although not much about hotel was explained to us so had to work it all out for ourselves. Breakfast was a decent selection and for western guests there were fresh eggs to order and nice fresh bread. "4 nights in a private pool beach villa, just steps from the sand and beach bar has convinced us to seek out more Zannier properties. Chic and beautiful environments, quiet luxury with a bit of local flair made the moments indoors special, and only to be surpassed by exploring the vast and spectacular hillside, beach and rice paddy natural preserve. Well done to all the staff, chefs, therapists. We look forward to visiting Bai San Ho again! "

"The ocean and garden views of the property are amazing, it is a walking distance to the tourist area Ghenh Rang, and to hike to Xuan Van Mountain. However, the property is very old with empty guests, and feel a little dirty as I can see the dirt in the air. "

"The hotel is located not far from the beach. The room was pleasant. It was sometimes a bit noisy at night, although the music usually stopped by 10pm. The breakfast was poor, not many options, but for the price, was acceptable."

"This place is underrated. Probably the best place I stayed in Vietnam. Price is most affordable. It has all the necessary amenities including pool. Very close to the beach. A lot of street food around. Love also the breakfast buffet; they change the mains in the menu daily. The beach is the best. "
