"Wonderful breakfast. Had Aoife for my massage at the spa and was wonderful . Some redecoration work happening on ground floor which did not impact our stay. Breakfast was 7-10, we kindly got a reminder call at 0930 that breakfast finishes at 10 - without it we would have missed breakfast. Nice efficient Brasserie - clearly popular with locals , so am glad we booked a table. Reception very helpful . One of our party decided to stay extra night , and negotiated a good rate. "I had to pay 70 € extra to saty in the room that i have booked and payed fully online and the reason is that i have bring my other kids and the receptionist said that they should book another room. "We had a brilliant family 2 night stay in the Ballyroe Heights Hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive during our stay in February 2025 and the rooms were absolutely perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 6). The hotel itself is 10 minutes drive outside Tralee, which was perfect for our family and the food was of a good standard."
