"As soon as we walked in the room there were water bugs EVERYWHERE to the point we didn’t even take a shower for the 8 hrs we were there. That was the main complaint. We only stayed for 8 hrs before catching a flight to Phuket but I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Fantastic hotel located very close to BKK airport (and free shuttle is a big bonus!). The rooms were lovely and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection, and the restaurant does delicious food for dinner as well. It's a short walk across to some malls for shopping as well! Would definitely stay again if I needed a night or two near BKK!"
