"I liked the bedroom with mini fridge tea/coffee making items. I liked the large shower and the fact it was quiet and warm. I didnt like small cups i think mugs would be better. The extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, there is a little mold around the shower tray. The bathroom floor needs grouting in parts. The garden is a big eyesore full of weeds etc not useable for anyone staying. The whole property was spotlessly clean. I had no english tea bags in my room but found some in the kitchen...

"The property has everything you need for living for an extended period of time. Going up somewhat narrow stairs is required. There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. "Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. "

"Beautiful property and excellent hosts…we stayed in the Garden suite…the bedroom and kitchen is all together…5 minute walk into Blenheim and marvellous pubs and restaurants in Woodstock!! Oh and it’s only £2 on the bus into Oxford!!!"

"Even though it’s not in the city center, it’s worth the stay. I have installed a taxi app which costed me 9 pounds to the city centre. The hotel charge included a breakfast buffet. The breakfast is quite good. One drawback is there’s no sufficient light in the room. "
