"Lovely stay here in Stratford. Our room was large with a lovely bathroom and included a balcony, which sadly looked over the police car park! The toiletries were all l’occitane. Check in was quick and easy and communication prior to our stay was good, ensuring we had made parking arrangements and that our diner reservation was arranged. "We only stayed there for a night after seeing a play and I have to say it has exceeded our expectation greatly. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. And while it situated only a stone throw from Shakespeare's birthplace, it is very quiet. The in-the-room breakfast for a small fee is a very nice touch and we will definitely stay there again if we're in town. "

"Great hotel. We stayed in the Hamlet apartment as a young family, which worked great for the flexibility and allowed us to make the most of the hotel amenities. The apartment itself needed some TLC and maybe an upgrade e.g. shower fitting nearly coming off the wall, some door handles almost coming off and some very worn carpet. Breakfast and service was great, restaurant prices quite steep, and the spa was great with children swimming hours. Overall, we had a great time and allowed us a short...

Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal.
