"One of the messages from the property didn't come through, the one that gave decent directions. Several places en route looked like they were the property. It took a while, but we eventually found it. Apparently there's a kitchen on site, but we only found one in the hostel across the street? Had a hard time finding the switch to turn on the hot water, I tried messaging the property, but it was late and I never got a response. The switch was pretty big by the showers, I probably missed it since...

"I think it was perfect for us. We were on a sabbatical and it was so quiet. The view from the outside balcony was enjoyable in the evening. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub which was the perfect ending to a fun packed day of hiking. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"This is a very tranquil, lovely property, close to Loch Ness and its shops and attractions, but away from the crowds. Loch Ness is not visible from the property itself, but is very conveniently close by. We felt welcomed, and enjoyed the home-like atmosphere. "Excellent stay at The Loch Ness Inn. We were staying at 8 different locations during our tour of Scotland and this inn stood out as by far the best for accommodation and food. It was welcome to see that all the small details were looked after, enabling the room to be very well presented. All three courses of the evening meal were delicious and who knew porridge could taste that good for breakfast! "

"My husband I stayed here overnight. It was a nice quiet stay with a pretty view of the loch. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has charm, but could use a few updates particularly in regard to the bathroom. We also weren’t able to successfully lock our door when we left the room. The restaurant was tasty, but on the pricey side. There aren’t any other options nearby. "

"Had a great overnight stay. Very clean and welcoming the mattress wasn't the greatest but still managed a good sleep. I never used the kitchen or dining area but it was very clean and if I was here for longer I wouldn't have an issue. Room 2 was cosy everything worked i.e. heating etc. Staff on site were very friendly and made me feel welcome."

"If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!"
