"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "Nice roadside property in Panchgani. Good spacious room with all amenities like spa, saloon, playing area, and kids play area. They have beautiful garden and valley viewing points. "Mostly I like property that has no high hill side and has no lower hill side that is at middle side. Spa fascility provided by only one women there should be more girls. Kids play area has very few instruments like see saw. There should be more options. Swimming pool has excellent fascility. "

"Overall experience was ok however, on being asked a bottle of water, they denied mentioning that since you have checked out so it will be chargeable (Not that we cannot buy a bottle of water as tourists...lol) and this was a complete take away. Kept calling for check out even when the property was entirely vacant, looked very impatient. Food was good and the staff was somewhat helpful. They just need to be more caring towards customers. Strictly need to focus on cleanliness!! "

"We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Arabian villa comprises of 2 large villas and cottage rooms. We stayed in family room in a cottage for 4 persons. The villa is for larger groups of 15+ people. Our room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was also nice but the water was not very clear. Tea/coffee amenities in room could be improved. The breakfast was great and all staff polite. "Centrally Located though room rate is too expensive. I don't think it's worth paying more than Rs. 5,000 a night including breakfast and all the taxes. Food is excellent in Hotel. Breakfast and lunch and dinner was excellent and worth paying every penny"
