There were no over the water bungalows available online when we booked a reservations but something opened up when we got there and Julia assisted us with upgrading. She was very kind and so helpful. "We were very happy with our stay at St Regis. From the moment we stepped on to the yacht to take us to the island till we fly out we were treated with luxury.
