"Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. Needless to say, we'll be making a stay at The Post House part of our annual tradition and we're looking forward to staying again next year!"

"It was amazing we traveled up as I had an England camp and it fell onto my partners birthday weekend we were met with an assortment of cakes to celebrate my partners birthday with a lovely hand written message from the team. "My room was on the top floor with a private use bathroom across the corridor frommy room. It was a small shower room with toilet. The shower was OK, but not very powerful. "Absolutely delightful. Breakfast is indeed exceptional, the room is very comfortable and has everything that we needed for a three-day weekend. Netflix an unexpected bonus after a good walk in the nice countryside on the doorstep. Dinner was also excellent plus the Bangladeshi restaurant in Swadlincote provided one of the best "Indian" dinners in a very long time. Location is quiet and safe and Becky and the Staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly."
