"Room was clean and tidy. Staff upon arrival were friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing... great food at a decent price. My only issue was there was no where to get bottled water or anything else regarding food or drink or snacks ect... after 8.30 when the restaurant closed. Maybe a vending machine would be a good idea or have something available at reception. "

"Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. "This was a really convenient place to stay for one night while visiting an old friend. The staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. "Lovely stay with excellent staff who were very welcoming and attentive during our one night stay.
