"The staff was helpful with arranging luggage storage and taxi. The property is definitely older and hence there was a little bit of a smell in the washroom. But overall, pretty good. The room was clean and extremely close to all attractions. Just remember there are no elevator you will need to take the luggage up the stairs. "

He also went the extra mile to call and make dining reservations for us and got a taxi for us when we left on the last day. The room looks new and really clean. We are not too big so the bathroom size is still alright. The rooms are not sound proofed, we are not light sleepers so noise did not affect us much. Overall, it was an excellent accommodation for us. "

"Accommodation right in the heart of Florence. You will be surrounded by countless restaurants and retailers. Very close to most touristic attractions. Did not enjoy the cleaning lady speaking out loud on the phone and banging things left, right and center at 9.30am while a sign in the hallway asks to remain calm between 10am and 10pm. Same cleaning lady who barely looked at me when i said *buongiorno* as i was getting coffee in the hallway... "
