"Nuno the driver was very helpful and gave me video info where the hotel pickup was via WhatsApp. Similar to drop off, he made it understood what level we had to go to for departure. Nice to see someone like him with enthusiasm at pickup."

He answered our WhatsApp message and sent us photos and instructions on where to meet the shuttle and driver. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices in the buffet. "The staff is very pleasant and helpful! A nice downhill 15-20 min walk will bring you where the action is in old Porto by the river! The property is thoughtfully laid out with an inviting garden and interesting art work in the hallways. The washroom is clean and modern. The kitchenette is cute and functional. Great job team 705!"

"The Hotel was struggling with Aircon issues. Our room did not really cool despite the system roaring full blast all night. Not a great sleep. Also, not keen at all on the ‘vegetable’ toiletries! Parsley stem soap and Kale shampoo… who wants to smell like a cabbage?! Staff were as helpful as they could be within their limits. I did suggest during this heatwave, a welcome ‘jug of iced water’ on reception would be a nice welcome gesture on checking in."
