"Good stay in By the Sea. Lovely and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, big and have really good sea views. The bed was comfortable and overall the state of our rooms were exemplary. We were provided with a beach bag with mat, towels and umbrella. Perfect for days out on the beach! Breakfast options were rather limited as you have to order your hot food as opposed to buffet. "Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality.
