"Decent hotel in a nice part of Algiers, plenty of character. The beds were very comfortable and the place was beautifully furnished, with lots of marble. The breakfast was adequate and tasty (excellent coffee!). The only slight weaknesses were on cleanliness (we had to ask them to replace the bath mat) and some items not being well-maintained, eg the phone didn't work and the shower head was leaking. Would return."

The parking area had a strong unpleasant smell, which made it even more uncomfortable upon arrival. But the worst part was the check-in process. Despite having a valid international ID, the staff refused to let me, my wife, and our baby stay because we didn’t have an Algerian ID. "Im shure its a great place to stay. I booked this for 3 days for my husband for hes travel here, but you had to pay a deposit to be able to get the key, so i booked him something else. Customers service was terrible, "

"The hotel is in the city center, but not quiet calm because it's located next to a very busy and crowded road. The staff are nice people, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, the room seems to be clean but there are lot of smells, bad ones."

"This hotel seems popular with a business and foreign clientele. It's has a bit of a dated feel architecturally harkening back to the fashion for atriums and neo-artdeco. The main requirements of quiet, clean, comfortable beds were met. For me it was a bit distant from city center, which is probably a draw for others. It's a reasonable walk to the Metro station which will get you to other neighborhoods quickly."
