"We liked this smaller Parisien hotel, ideally located 2 mins from the Metro, grocery store and many restaurants. The hotel was quiet and room was clean, comfortable and fashionably decorated. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely return to this warm hotel."

"This was my 3rd time to Paris. I come every year. I loved the hotel. Riom was very comfortable and the staff took very good care of us. When i return ti Paris i will definitely stay at this hotel. So close to arc de Triump and shopping and restaraunts near as well. The bed and piĺows were very comfortable .staff waz excellent and they would go above and beyond theur way ti help in y wat. I give them 5 stars 🌟 "

"Lovely hotel! Photos do not do it justice! So clean, lovely rituals products in room. Free coffee machine in lobby - delicious hot chocolate! Perfect location right next to arc de triumph, and restaurants nearby. Would definitely return!"

"Walls are very thin, you can hear almost everything happening in every other room. Front desk staff were extremely nice though. Another issue was the the bathroom sink wasn’t draining, there was a filter attached to the piping that we removed to find clogged with hair. These should be cleaned between every guest but I guess not. Overall 3 stars "

"My AND i stayed here between April 4 and 11 2025. This hotel is quite the gem. The staff were amazing. So friendly and ready to help in anyway they could. The atmosphere were delightful fulled with art peices and beautiful furniture. There is a spa in the basement which was relaxing and private as you had to book a time slot. "Lovely, well located hotel. As with most Paris hotels rooms aren’t huge but our family room was cosy and well set up. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower so we saw the light show at night. The hotel is well located for cafes, shops and restaurants and really good for buses, metro and walking to local sights (Sacre Couer). Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is very good. Free water cooler in reception where you can get chilled still or fizzy water. One minor point about location is due to some ‘special adult stores’ not too far away, but not a big issue, can be a little noisy at night if you leave your windows open too. Lovely though, would highly recommend. "
