It was clear how to check in and check out. Room was tiny but I knew it before I booked and that was just for sleep anyway. "Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. "
