Great location!
My husband and I had business to attend to at McCormick Center, so this hotel was ideally located. The breakfast was amazing! Fresh pancakes, from scratch scrambled eggs, and bacon. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful neighborhood very close to major attractions and fantastic cuisine. Room was magnificent and immaculately kept the staff was beyond accommodating will definitely return.

Weird
Weird. Seemed like the mansion wasn' t really ready for guests. The room was tiny and cold. We couldnt open the blinds because a condo building was right next door and could easily see in. There was no reason to leave the room. The common space was aet for sn event and we were told "not to touch". They were adamant breakfast was only served between 7:30 and 8 " at the latest", however when we went diwn at 7:45 nothing was ready. Couldnt get the Keurig coffee maker to work. Powdered creamer (yuk), a couple cold croissants- no butter, no jam. A small quiche arrived at 8. There were no glasses for the oj and when we reached for the glassware nearby we were told "never touch the glassware ". Napkins had to be sought out and asked for. Felt like we were an unwelcome house guest.
