We went in the off-season so there were some minor problems; the first room had no electricity and the laundry products used on the sheets caused minor skin irritation rashes on my spouse and me--not uncommon for them but new for me. "A very nice option to stay in Ulanbataar and probably one of the best 3-star hotels I ever stayed in. Clean, very nice rooms, nice gym. Breakfasts were very repetitive, but good for a 3-star hotel. The only problem with this hotel (and not really the hotel's fault) is its location. Due to the very heavy traffic in the city it takes a long time to reach the center of the city and there's not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel. "

"Convenient location, clean and spacious room, restaurant on site. Around 8 stairs to climb up to the entrance, with a rather steep ramp for luggage. The staff rushed out to help with that. My only complaints are that when we arrived at 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready for check-in, and when we were finally able to check in about an hour later, they'd only equipped it with enough towels for one person, not two. A minor inconvenience; I'd still stay here again. "
