"Not in a good area. Receptionist didn't have change to get water from the vending machine yet a note in the room stated water was free. She never offered the free water option. Directly in the flight path of the airport. When we pulled up to the hotel I thought: "OMG what did I book!" Very deceiving online."

"We really enjoyed our room, #4, the room and private bathroom in a separate building through the kitchen. The room is small, but we were able to open 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller carry on suitcases. There were a couple of small issues which were fixed the next day...very quickly looked after. Super location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and many bus routes. We found a great restaurant where they spoke English just down the street, Restaurante Churrasqueira O Franquinho,...

"The space was beautiful and clean. it was comforting and i felt like a great place to rest your head comfortably. The only thing was that the TV in the bedroom was malfunctioning. The cable cord was damaged i believe so we only got static for most channels and the TV itself would turn off and on randomly. Through the night it did that and I had to unplug it to get some sleep. otherwise it was a great space and I would return to it."
