"It’s the little things that matter sometimes. The concierge was so nice to help get a wheelchair for my mother to help get her around. The bartenders always greeted us with a smile and little snacks to enjoy while having a drink. One server my mom thought was so great she offered if he ever came to the states to come visit and stay in her guest room whenever he wanted lol. "Abends war leider gegenüber montags und dienstags sehr laute Musik bis nachts (zumindest Montag auch bis nach Mitternacht), was doch nervig war, in meinem Zimmer auf der 7. Etage war es durch das Echo noch lauter als vor dem Hotel. Ohrstöpsel beim Schlafen helfen natürlich, aber vorher war es too much. Der Pool ist super, ziemlich groß, so dass man auch richtig schwimmen kann :)"

"Room is outdated. No accessible outlet. We did not have the body wash, had to call for it. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. I forgot his name. He is very helpful and friendly. Daily free bottle water is great! Location is convenient flying in and out to and from the airport."

"This is a very cool and different place to stay. It is old and the windows and doors do not keep out the noise from outside but you're trading quirkiness for something that isn’t new. We were really happy staying there. The pool is lovely and staff were really nice. The bed was super comfortable, loved having the balcony off the room. Shower was excellent. They really try to make it as modern as possible while still keeping that feeling of being in an old home in the middle of Lisbon."

Un peu bruyant parce que situé sur un boulevard mais en même temps très bien situé. Bouche de métro à quelques pas seulement. Bons restaurants tout autour. J’y retournerais sans hésiter. "Wir haben fünf Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Sowohl am Empfang als auch im Frühstücksbereich wurden wir jederzeit herzlich und aufmerksam betreut. Meine Frau hatte während unseres Aufenthalts Geburtstag, und wir haben uns sehr über eine herzliche Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels gefreut, die wir an diesem Tag auf dem Zimmer vorgefunden haben. Das war eine wirklich schöne Geste....
