"The first day I arrived it was hard to get someone to help me but the second day that I stayed everyone was attentive from morning till night whenever I went to front desk. I guess the first night I was here was must have been an off day for them but overall I had an amazing experience and they accommodated everything that I requested. I give them a 9 out of 10"

"The Surestay is a perfect location. Its close to the airport, zoo, botanical gardens, and restaurants. The prices are terrific. The roome was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed to not have had time to enjoy the pool, it looked nice. The layout of the breakfast bar was crazy. You had to cross the room multiple times to make toast, get cereal, or make a cup of coffee. The restroom in the breakfast area was out of order. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review. "I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, check in was easy, and the lady at the front desk was super kind and helpful getting transportation to the airport the next morning setup. I only noticed two minor drawbacks: the AC was rather loud every time the fan kicked on and there was a lot of light leaking in from the gaps around the door. Despite that, I would stay here again."
