"This is a perfect place to stay when travelling and to break up the journey. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. "We actually booked this as a Half way point Ish lol. On a Trip up to Nairn. There is No question that it’s a great Value option and the Staff were very accommodating. We were suprised on Both occasions that we had to pay a £5 Car parking charge but that apparently was part of the booking as we booked through Expedia. The rooms were fresh and clean but Dated. My 1 Massive bit of advice would be take the time to stop in Bigger town centre for food and shops. It’s a Fab old town and with a varied...

"We received a very warm welcome by the duty managers. They were very understanding when we requested a later check in as we were traveling all the way from Inverness. Nothing was a problem at all. We stayed for two nights and breakfast both mornings was amazing. Thoroughly recommend staying at this lovely hotel. We will definitely be back when we can. "

"Terrific place to stay. Well organised, well run. Alan was very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. There were nice little touches, such as facial wipes, cotton pads and ear buds left out for guests. We had a lovely breakfast, great accommodation and had a really nice stay."

"Staff extremely helpful under tricky conditions. With storm we had no electricity from 8am on 24th and still not connected this morning when I left. Staff put on a log stove in Bistro,managed to do teas n coffees on small gas heater, supplied good battery lamps for each resident, Manager even carefully drove in evening into part of Lanark with power and brought back a meal for an older person staying for BnB, She would not take money for that. Ever staff member there did much more that needed...

"We had a two night stay in a suite. The room was very clean and spacious with good facilities. We had breakfast and evening meal on both days and were very pleased with the food and service we received. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you, whether it was reception, restaurant, bar staff or housekeeping. We would recommend this hotel. "
