"Great service by front desk. Very informative, pleasant and engaging. Loved the location of being in the inner city. Just 1 elevator ride and down some stairs and you are on one of the main inner city streets. Parking was easy - in the 'wilsons' parking building. You do have to pay approx $28 per night to park. Bathroom a bit dated and although clean, has mould in the grouting. Carpets properly need an upgrade soon. --- Was not put off by this as loved the location and it was clean. ...

"Loved the cool vibe and decor. Bar area was cool too,but service was slow...(there was a big group there at the time tho) Room quite small and you can hear toilet/shower/talking in adjacent room... Care needed not to jam fingers when pulling the sliding door closed in the bathroom!"

"Wonderful hotel and very attentive staff. The staff is what my stay enjoyable. When we arrived we had several problems. First, the room wasn't large enough to accommodate 3 adults. The staff upgraded us twice before we were satisfied. They blamed Expedia for this mistake. Of course this was for a cost. After having trouble finding the hotel, the parking was a disaster. Parking is on street, but there are restrictions during the day hours. We ended up accepting valet parking, but again...

"Really like that it is so close to everything. Shops , Supermarket , cafes, restaurants, the Cable car, Queens wharf. The railway station is only a 12 min walk as is the Stadium. On the down side , I would like to see smart TVs that provide access to TVNZ Plus and Three Now. It is not necessary to have Netflix that would just be a plus. Also I found the lighting very dim and difficult for reading."
