"Everything was perfect. We stayed for 3 days but it felt like a month. The food was great, I wish I could get the recipe for the fried bakes. The water was perfect and so calm. Kayaking and snorkeling with the kids was a dream come true. It’s so close to restaurants and pigeon point so we had so many options and all were affordable. There were a lot of seagulls on the rocks, if Coco Reef wanted t hire me to use an airrifle to get rid of them I would gladly work in exchange for a room and breakfast. That would be my happily ever after ❤️"

"Just a simple one night Stay. Property Manager was very helpful in getting us connected with a rental car and anything else that we needed. Great proximity to airport (will be interesting when the new Airport opens as it is right across the street) and to Store Bay/Pigeon Point areas. "

"#1 SAFELY protected by a keypad, a lock, & padlock #2 LOCATION is walking distance from the airport, and the beach, as well as the Store Bay vendors (Marcus fruit stand with coconuts & pineapple chow highly recommended!) Then just another 10 min walk to the main strip of restaurants and a doubles stand #3 COMMUNICATION could definitely be better... On the positive, Franka & Gerard had a whatsapp thread. 2nd they gave an exhaustive guide with everything from entry & web access, to rules & emergency contacts, so... questions we had about turning on water and taking out garbage were *all answered there*. However... this is the first time we've waited for several hrs (or a whole day) for a response from a host. Again, it's well maintained & the guide so comprehensive, that it was NOT a big problem, but... there's something comforting about a responsive host on the 1st days in a new place. So we didn't get that extra welcoming comfort #4 HOME is lovely with the main room for parents and lots of extra room if kids come to visit. Bathroom is spacious, water flow & temperature great (see guide to cut on supply). Kitchen is great for cooking, prepping, full fridge, and an adjacent dining table. There's a nice living room/entertainment area between the bedroom and dining area, as well as lovely spaces to relax in front and behind the cottage #5 No late check out option, but AT CHECK OUT time we were greeted by the house cleaner, Sandra, who was gracious & asked how our stay was. "
