"The apartment was fantastic, easy to find and a stones throw from Nottingham city centre (5 mins walk) and more specifically the Rock City music venue. "Nobody in reception at 20:50 with note to press call button but after 10 mins nobody turned up. We called all the numbers listed but there was no answer / number un-recognised. Went to the attached pub and asked about the reception and told someone would be coming over, 5 mins later receptionist arrived and announced that the attached restaurant was closed. Not a good first impression! "
