I even conctacted support and they still couldn't get through to them. "I was at the property for a business trip. This property is definitely where I want to book when I’m in the Plano area. It’s surrounded by great restaurants and convenient shopping. Easy contactless access to the unit and the communication is prompt and professional. This is a 5 star property!"
