"The hotel itself was lovely. We found that the restaurant listed in the booking was actually only for breakfast and was closed the day we came. There is major construction going on nearby. The staff however made the stay worth it. They were able to hired a taxi for us and made recommendation where to eat. Please be aware that there are at least 2 flights of stairs that you will need to climb."

"We had a great stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Even waited for us the night we arrived to not close the kitchen and have dinner since during the week there are minimal dining options after 8pm. Overall, great experience. Food and Spa was great too. "

"Authentic hotel to stay at. Beautiful. Note, there is a lot of seaweed so you can’t go in the water. Well you can a little on the left hand side. There are a lot of waves. I saw a couple go to the pier and jumped in for their daily swim. Also, the price for diner or anything you purchase at hotel from spa to food or anything else, it’s US Dollars. "Our stay at X’tan Ha was great. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It has a nice beach and the Mexico Rocks snorkeling site is just offshore. There’s a nice restaurant and bar that’s out on the dock. It is quiet and is a fair way north of San Pedro on a bumpy dirt road, so you’ll need to rent a golf cart to get to most places."
