"Stayed for one night with a friend. Staff were welcoming at reception. We arrived too early to check in but they were able to look after our luggage whilst we wandered up to Cabot Circus. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice. All in all a lovely stay and would certainly go back. Location perfect for shopping and bars/restaurants"

"Hotel was really well located for the station and pretty close to the city centre, 5-10 minutes walk. Staff were friendly on arrival. Room was clean and functional, a bit lacking in comforts and furniture, but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK but quite expensive for the quality"

"i really liked all the snacks IHAD a very early flight out of Bristol like 6.a.mboarding time if i had not had the snacks i would have been starving PKLUS they checked me i nearly WITHOUT an early arrival time i just lucked out ..very close walking distance to al l shops and groceries if catching a flight i recommend..plus UBERwas reasonalbefrom there to airport..kids at the desk rarely leave town, research all your options yourself!"

"Overall it was a good stay and the location is not too far from the city centre. An area I think could do with some improvement is the noise. The windows weren’t blocking much noise and the floors are quite squeaky. We were able to sleep well overall, but the noise can wake you up."

"Parking was fast and easy, multi storey car park right next to the hotel free of charge for hotel residents. Hotel is very centrally located, everything within walking distance. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good, plenty of selection both continental and full hot english breakfast."

"One of the most stunning settings for a hotel - the most gorgeous view of Clifton Suspension Bridge, lovely selection of rooms, and excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner, as well as a choice of two bars. The location is fabulous for Clifton Village, and walkable to other parts of Bristol. Staff did their best to help even though there seemed to be some staff shortages when I was staying. "Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and nice breakfast. Managed to get a space in the hotel car park and paid extra to leave there for the following day at reasonable rates. Very handy location for Bristol Uni and the city centre. The room could have done with a little updating, the bathroom was very dated and the radiator control had broken off so couldn't be turned down.
