"The room and bathroom were clean and top quality - best I've found in Vietnam. The host made my trip especially welcoming because he was very friendly and helpful. He even helped me schedule transportation back to Hanoi for a much better price than other options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Cao Bang and will stay here again of I ever return."

"Trotz zweimaliger Bestätigung durch Hotel.com des Zimmers wurde uns bei Ankunft gesagt dass die Reservierung nicht in ihrem System erscheint. Wir haben dennoch ein Zimmer bekommen, welches feuchtkalt und ohne Fenster und ohne Wasserkocher war. Außer Handtüchern gab es keine weitere Ausstattung (Handseife, Hygieneutensilien), da diese alles benutzt waren und nicht aufgefüllt. Es gab keinen Service auf dem Zimmer im Laufe des Tages. Es gibt niemanden der englisch spricht oder uns verstehen will....

"I cannot comment on anything, as when we arrived there was no room for us. Whilst the staff were delightful, they found us another hotel but it was not at all the experience we had hoped for. It also involved a ride three up on a moped, which we didn't mind but might not be suitable for others!"

"I don t understand any Vietnamese. It was very cold on the street and in the room. I saw guests getroffen breakfast. That was not my case, although i always ask for it when booking."

"They let us check-in early. The breakfast was nice. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It's definitely the best hotel in Cao Bang. The staff during the evening was very nice, however, the staff during the morning wasn't good (the girl wasn't friendly and she wasn't helpful. Her English is very basic). "
