"This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. We left before breakfast opened but they put together a box breakfast that was very nice to have for our travels. 15 minute walk to the port. "Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Altes Bad mit dusche in der Badewanne. Etwas dunkel. Rezeption nur sehr selten besetzt.
Frühstück war überschaubar aber ok. Nur Filterkaffee oder Kapselmaschine.
Das schlechteste waren die fast gar nucht schalldedämmten Fenster zur Strasse hin. Die vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge (über Kopfsteinpflaster) konnte man bis spät in den abend hinein hören.
Sehr gut der eigene mit Schranke abgesperrte Parkplatz (kostenfrei).

"The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel.

"C’est un appartement avec kitchenette, avec fourniture de 2 petites bouteilles d’eau par jour, du café, des sachets de thé. Serviettes de toilette changées quotidiennement, produits shampoing … regarnis tous les jours. Ménage et lit fait tous les jours. Personnels aimables et orientés client et cela semble naturel chez les crétois.
Petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et copieux.
Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Nous choisirons à nouveau ce logement à notre prochain voyage en Crête."

"The hotel is excellent. No problems. They arranged ride from airport, guide and ride to Knossos. Room was completely satisfying. Breakfast was plentiful. Location is near everything."
