"My favorite hotel in Heraklion. Staff were excellent. My room upgrade to the 5th floor was exceptional. The carrot soup in Per Se restaurant was wonderful. Pool temperature was perfect. Unlike other hotels there is no charge to use pool towels. All staff are excellent."

"Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Altes Bad mit dusche in der Badewanne. Etwas dunkel. Rezeption nur sehr selten besetzt.
Frühstück war überschaubar aber ok. Nur Filterkaffee oder Kapselmaschine.
Das schlechteste waren die fast gar nucht schalldedämmten Fenster zur Strasse hin. Die vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge (über Kopfsteinpflaster) konnte man bis spät in den abend hinein hören.
Sehr gut der eigene mit Schranke abgesperrte Parkplatz (kostenfrei).

"The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel.

"Exceptional staff. Delicious breakfast options. Clean rooms. Well maintained property. Easy walk to Old Harbor area and bus stops. Although located near a busy intersection if the sliding doors were closed it was very quiet. My only issue is an architectural one. Just a heads up though, not a complaint. The small step up and down through the entrance doors is almost unnoticeable and I did nearly trip on it a couple of times. It is a beautiful hotel. We also had dinner there twice and the food...

"C’est un appartement avec kitchenette, avec fourniture de 2 petites bouteilles d ’eau par jour, du café, des sachets de thé. Serviettes de toilette changées quotidiennement, produits shampoing … regarnis tous les jours. Ménage et lit fait tous les jours. Personnels aimables et orientés client et cela semble naturel chez les crétois.
Petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et copieux.
Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Nous choisirons à nouveau ce logement à notre prochain voyage en Crête."

"Great stay at Hotel Kriti! The hotel and room were clean, breakfast was yummy, and the staff was wonderful. The pool was nice, too - a good place to relax and cool off. The location was good - beach, Old Town, and the harbor all within walking range. The room was very quiet - almost seemed soundproof. Would definitely stay at Hotel Kriti again."
