"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. When we first arrived to our room, we found out that our welcome fruit basket was empty. That was not what we expected to see at a (5-star?) luxury hotel (as stated on the hotel’s own website). "Hard to get used to the 'contactless check in'. No humans around. The apartment was adequate, but there were a few things that should be addressed. I needed to iron a dress, and, yes there was an iron, and an ironing board that would sit on a table. Except that there was nowhere in the apartment where I could plug in the iron and use a table for the ironing board! I would have to rearrange the apartment. Also, the outlets in the bedroom were only accessible by crawling under the bedside tables....
