"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. When we first arrived to our room, we found out that our welcome fruit basket was empty. That was not what we expected to see at a (5-star?) luxury hotel (as stated on the hotel’s own website). "Staff was very helpful. We had trouble locking our balcony door and the front desk came up to assist. We stayed in the Pearl room. We didn't realize our balcony was a shared balcony with another room and the common space shared amongst the suites. There were no issues, but would have been nice to know before hand. Overall the room was very clean, very nice, and we enjoyed our stay for 1 night."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even watch for the aurora and if it’s active will give you a wake up call. We were able to see them clearly from our patio. The room was nice and clean and had a great bathroom which was not the case at our other accommodations. The room did get warm but can open window. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. We would stay here again."

"My husband stated this was the best hotel he’s ever stayed it! Views are spectacular, breakfast every morning was amazing, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and the storage was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is it was hard to find the entrance on a Sunday evening since the hotel is just the top floor of an office building and the sign is very small. "Everything was so well thought out from easy luggage drop off, to central location, to walking out the door when leaving. This is the best place we have stayed in regarding communication. There was a welcome packet with Everything you had to know, a full length mirror, outlets next to mirrors, hooks for clothes, and outlets everywhere. Book now!"
