"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. "Even though we were on the top floor in the diamond suites the room was extremely small and hard to have two adults and two small kids in. The fancy hot tub bath didn’t work, no bubbles. The room with the toilet was extremely small. Only stayed one night and we were woken up by a man working on the outside hot tub that also seemed to be busted at 7am! An unreasonable time to be banging on things right outside our window. The food was good at the attached restaurant and the place was charming...

"My husband stated this was the best hotel he’s ever stayed it! Views are spectacular, breakfast every morning was amazing, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and the storage was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is it was hard to find the entrance on a Sunday evening since the hotel is just the top floor of an office building and the sign is very small. "Everything was so well thought out from easy luggage drop off, to central location, to walking out the door when leaving. This is the best place we have stayed in regarding communication. There was a welcome packet with Everything you had to know, a full length mirror, outlets next to mirrors, hooks for clothes, and outlets everywhere. Book now!"
