"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. "Staff was very helpful. We had trouble locking our balcony door and the front desk came up to assist. We stayed in the Pearl room. We didn't realize our balcony was a shared balcony with another room and the common space shared amongst the suites. There were no issues, but would have been nice to know before hand. Overall the room was very clean, very nice, and we enjoyed our stay for 1 night."

"the room and staff were great. breakfast buffet was very good, although the choices were identical for 7 mornings in a row. dinners at the restaurant were really good, although they stop taking orders at 9p, which did not work out with our schedule on two of the nights (I wish would stay open later, even if only had a limited menu). the bar charges are exorbitant -- scotch whiskey was 3300 ISK per serving, so a double whiskey (minimum sized pour) is 6600 ISK or $54.42 USD !! "My husband stated this was the best hotel he’s ever stayed it! Views are spectacular, breakfast every morning was amazing, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and the storage was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is it was hard to find the entrance on a Sunday evening since the hotel is just the top floor of an office building and the sign is very small. "Everything was so well thought out from easy luggage drop off, to central location, to walking out the door when leaving. This is the best place we have stayed in regarding communication. There was a welcome packet with Everything you had to know, a full length mirror, outlets next to mirrors, hooks for clothes, and outlets everywhere. Book now!"
